Happy hour, what a nice idea. We meet us together, have fun eating something out of working hours. How much tasty food we can eat, how many colors, how many shapes those canapés.

But why don’t try to have something different? We may drink a fresh juice of fruit and vegetable instead of the usual appetizer. If you’ve not tried it yet I suggest it to you, a fruit and vegetable juice is very, very tasty and very easy to make. It just only takes half an hour of your time. I’m used to prepare a fresh juice every morning, before going to work.

First of all you need a centrifuge, you’ll find it at an affordable price. For the first time you can prepare a fresh juice of apple and carrot. It’s a delicious, refreshing juice. You’ll prepare it using an apple and a big carrot (or two small carrots). You’ll wash them well, brushing the apple under running water and scraping the carrot gently (if carrot isn’t organic, you’ll peel it with a potato peeler). Then you’ll cut them and put them inside the centrifuge. You can also add some ginger if you like it. Peel a small piece and put it inside the centrifuge.

So invite your friends for an enjoyable time. A fresh fruit awaken energy inside of you, you’ll also able to have nutrients of lots of fruit and vegetable.
