We spread the sun cream, but its protection have to be long enough. Fruits and vegetables can help us this way.

Orange colored fruits like carrots, apricots, peaches, tomatoes help us maintain the suntan and protect our skin.

Summer gives us lots of vegetables and fruits, which we can hydrate us with. We lose precious mineral salts, we can get them with big salad

Dry fruits will always be our companion because they feed us and give us all mineral salts we need and they’re easy to take.

A chance between dry fruits are these sweets with raisins, they’re tasty, you can keep them in the fridge for 1 month (...maybe...)

ingredients for 15 sweets:

g. 500 raisins or some other dry fruits you like

g. 75 toasted huzelnuts

g. 75 sunflower seeds

g. 100 oatflakes

Chop hazelnuts, the seeds and oatflakes all together. Mill the raisins, then mix all the ingredients, add lemon zest

Make some little balls, keep them in the fridge
