We arrive to Magreglio, at Madonna del Ghisallo pass. We turn left, near the cemetery and begin to climb along Monte San Primo direction. We ride for km 3,5 and arrive to Piano Rancio village. There you can visit the natural park of attraction Jungle Raider Park and find some bars and restaurants. Among different path directions you’ll see the one for Menaresta source, where Lambro river rises.

If you want to have a rest I suggest you to visit it. You’ll ride along a short path and reach a lovely forest

   
 

A wooden walkway leads to an enormous boulder, near you’ll see the source.

The river rises from a tiny gush of water, it flows for 130 km till to Po river. That miniature waterfall, immutable for centuries, gives the unusual feeling of standing in front of something ancient and sacred. We have the wish to place our hands into the water like to ask for a blessing.

 

Going back to the major road, we can go towards Monte San Primo direction and reach San Primo ski resort
